Royal Life Design LLC provides personalized coaching and customized training programs to people and companies who want to excel at life and work. Our focus is on teaching our clients and students how to take empowered action in their lives and careers to experience more joy, satisfaction and success. Services include training on topics such as Emotional Intelligence, Time, Energy and Attention Management, Leadership Skills for First Time Supervisors. Personalized Coaching programs are developed based on the needs and goals of each client. Tools used include Personal Energy Audits and Life Inventories to bring into focus areas of strength and opportunities for growth and change. One of the core guiding values we hold is that each individual can be at cause in their life, instead of at effect. This means we can take empowered action through changing how we look at things, what we think and what we want to feel. Our circumstances do not define us, and will not determine our outcomes in life or at work. We define how we will perceive and use our circumstances to move forward.
