Roy Barry and Associates operates as a completely independent elevator consultancy nationally throughout Australia and internationally, primarily in S E Asia. Roy Barry established the company in August 1988 after having previously spent 22 years with a major Australian elevator company gaining experience in all facets of the elevator industry, from initial Design, New Installations, Service, Sales and to Modernisation of the equipment, both minor and major. The infrastructure of the company is intentionally geared to offer the most competitively costed fee arrangements - without detriment to the quality of the consulting services provided. All reports given by the company are provided in "plain English" free of technical jargon, and our recommendations are only ever offered if they are truly cost effective and meet the needs of the building under review. The services of the company are "purpose" tailored to individual requirements and at the most competitive rates. The real strength of the company is our people. They are long term, previously "hands on" former employees of major elevator companies and provide Roy Barry and Associates with the one vital edge that is sometimes missing from the others - "hands on" - workplace experience.
