RowCon is a woman-owned specialized contractor performing right-of-way (ROW) construction services, staffed by union personnel. We provide turnkey access packages for pipeline and powerline construction projects. Headquartered in Charlotte, NC we provide Right of Way Services nationwide with a team of experienced employees and a large fleet of heavy equipment that is specialized to perform the most challenging Right of Way Projects.
