They help people to live better and achieve their goals by developing self-awareness and confidence, through compassion, support, and challenge. Rowan provides training both online and in person to individuals and in workplaces. Courses on offer to individuals are: the COSCA Online Certificate in Counselling Skills, Certificate in Counselling Supervision, Coaching Skills for Counsellors, and Critical Incident Response Training.
