Robert and Natalie Williams, owners of Roux's Catering, are native to Augusta and have been in the restaurant business for nearly 25 years. Robert spent time honing his craft in local restaurants such as Davenports, The American Diner and Cadewalladers Cafe before opening Roux's Gourmet Catering in the Fall of 1996. Roux's Catering is one of Augusta's premier catering companies offering both social and corporate catering. With years of experience and some of the best chefs in Augusta, it's easy to see why they stay booked. Roux's specializes in custom weddings; however, their "On The Go" division offers some of the best catered lunches in town. Executive Chef, Damion Perez, has been with Roux's for over 12 years and brings unmatched dedication and creativity to the dishes Roux's offers. Damion has also done stints at some of Augusta's best restaurants. These experiences result in wonderfully creative and expertly executed meals for you and your guests. Roux's service staff is led by wife Natalie whose many years in the event business have enabled her to plan and execute any size event with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail.
