RouteRabbit was founded with the intent to launch compelling cloud based route optimization solutions. Even the company name was slanted thus. But, on several occasions when researching needs with customers, the conversation veered towards software talent acquisition. Customers appeared to have real needs but were facing stiff challenge in attracting software talent to bring their vision to reality – even resorting to hiring offshore talent had often turned out to be spotty. When they heard about RoutRabbit’s disciplined approach to hiring hardcore software talent via coding competitions, they were blown away and seemed ready to engage RouteRabbit. So, we asked ourselves the logical question, why not give the customer what they want? This resulted in launching our SaaS and mobile app development service. The rest is history!
