RoundTable Defense, LLC (RTD) was founded in 2008 with a mission to provide our customers with knowledge and evaluated data that ensures only safe, effective, and reliable materiel is fielded to our Nation's most valuable asset; the Warfighter. RTD personnel provide Combat Developers, Evaluators, and Program Managers with the expertise needed to effectively and efficiently plan, conduct, and evaluate Special Studies, Developmental, Operational, or Mission-Based T&E. Our experience and capabilities enable RTD to rapidly synthesize data and Warfighter feedback to clearly communicate the effectiveness and suitability of a system for acquisition decision makers. RTD is a systems engineering services Company, specializing in Operations Research and Systems Analysis, Test & Evaluation, and Acquisition Management. RTD delivers a unique, well-rounded team with expertise in both requirements analysis and operational test & evaluation. The “round table” in our name represents our belief in the equal importance of user requirements analysis, systems acquisition processes, and independent test and evaluation. Primary DoD clients are the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC), Special Operations Research, Development and Acquisition Command (SORDAC) and Headquarters Marine Corps, Combat Development & Integration (CD&I). RTD is headquartered in the Northern Virginia area, with offices in Fredericksburg, VA, Aberdeen, MD, and Tampa, FL.
