Rotating Games is an independent game studio focused on efficient, technically sound game development with an emphasis on shipping complete, well-scoped projects. The studio operates with a lean, engineering-driven mindset—prioritizing clear scope, modular systems, and production pipelines that support rapid iteration without unnecessary overhead. Rather than chasing scale early, Rotating Games focuses on building strong foundations: reusable frameworks, reliable tooling, and sustainable development practices that carry forward from project to project. Current work includes Scouts Out, a self-published PC title developed in Unity, designed and produced end-to-end with an emphasis on performance, maintainability, and practical release execution. Development spans gameplay systems, build automation, CI/CD workflows, technical art pipelines, and release planning—treating the studio itself as a long-term operation, not a one-off project. Rotating Games is intentionally small by design. The goal is not rapid expansion, but repeatable execution: ship, support, learn, and move forward with improved processes and clearer decision-making each cycle.
