RosTech, Inc. was founded in 1988, by Jean Zakotnik, and incorporated in the state of Maryland. RosTech is a privately held, nationally certified woman business enterprise (WBENC). Since 1995, RosTech has been providing IT software and services supporting CIS/Billing Systems to utilities and management firms. RosTech has a long-standing reputation in the utility billing market space, evidenced by the steady growth of its client base. For decades, the company’s business has been stable, in good standing, and with a positive cash flow. Over the past 25 years, RosTech has grown to one of the top 10 female-owned small firms of its type in the Washington, D.C. area.
