Our hourly rate is $350.00. A brief consultation with each party is required prior to commencement of a mediation and each party must have the authority to resolve the dispute. The mediation can occur at the offices of Ross Mediation Services at 30 Green Street, Newburyport Ma., or at another suitable location agreeable to all participants.
