Ross Institute serves as a catalyst for research in globalization and education, the functioning of the mind, brain and education and curriculum development that fosters intercultural understanding. We seek to change the way education meets the future; to foster interdisciplinary, integrated thinking and innovative leadership; to engage fully in the global community and to facilitate lifelong learning. Ross Institute was founded by Courtney Sale Ross with the recognition that the 21st century-- with unprecedented waves of migration, revolutionary technology, and changing forms of production--are creating complex challenges for future generations which demand new forms of education. Enhanced problem solving and decision-making capabilities, high level communication skills and an ability to collaborate with people across many cultures will be necessary for students to succeed in the 21st century.
