Celebrating our 35th year! Rosen Management Services was established in 1980 as a full service professional property management company. Our company focuses on properties in Chicago and the North and Northwest suburbs.  Our extensive experience ranges from newly formed to well-established Associations.  Our portfolio includes new construction, conversions, town homes, lofts, and Co-Ops. Our mission is to facilitate the best services for the properties we manage at the most reasonable cost and to provide personal service to our residents.  This philosophy has benefited each of our clients throughout our history.  The strength of our company is built on communication.  We take the team approach to ensure your success.
