Breaking the cycle of poverty through women-led sustainable business and technology. ROSE partners with women and girls in extremely low-income communities in East Africa. We leverage technology & innovation to uplift communities from poverty. Business education, pitch competitions, and micro-investments we are building self-sustained women entrepreneurs. We started as one community of hundreds of women entrepreneurs in Nairobi, Kenya. Our founder, Allie Amoroso first came to Kenya as a college student and chose to leave a career in startup technology to invest in the most vulnerable and exploited female entrepreneurs. We partner with family foundations, individuals, private sector, startups, and government agencies to provide education and access to capital and technology to women and children escaping poverty around the world. Support ROSE by becoming an advisor to our leadership team and directly connect with entrepreneurs in Kenya. Invest by making a donation online at rosewomensfoundation.org/donate and give a mother the chance to change her life and the lives of the next generation. Join us! We are #Stronger Together -- Pamoja Tunaweza!
