Rose Engine is a computational discovery platform for RNA-era medicine. Drug programs tend to fail late, and that failure often starts with a shaky first decision: which target to chase. The software teams rely on for that call is usually vague about its sources and quiet about its blind spots. The RNA-modification biology that many newer RNA therapies act on is barely touched by standard target-ID tools. We built Rose Engine to take that first step seriously. It reads public evidence, including GEO expression data, ClinVar variants, ChEMBL pharmacology, and protein structures, then connects it into specific disease-mechanism gaps and therapeutic designs you can screen. Every result points back to a GEO accession and a PubMed ID. When the evidence runs out, the platform says "insufficient data" instead of filling the space with a guess. Today it runs across 54 curated diseases. It has mapped 3,343 mechanistic gaps, narrowed those to 1,789 distinct research targets, and produced 134 drug-repurposing dossiers, 1,800 designs solutions that meet the gap requirements when existing public data makes it possible, and lastly builds restoration regimens. The system also has live query and design capabilities that cover all allowed diseases and viruses outside the 54 curated offline. We work with discovery and translational biologists, computational teams, and RNA-therapeutic groups who want to see the reasoning behind a hypothesis, not just the hypothesis itself. Rose Engine is pre-clinical, in-silico decision-support software. It is not a clinical or diagnostic tool.
