Roots is a Holistic Yoga Center that specializes in providing Corporate Yoga to the corporate's in Malaysia. We also offer Group and Private Yoga. Anish Jacob is the founder and owner of Roots and is a trained and certified Yoga Instructor from the Atmayaan Yoga Academy in Bangalore, India. He has many years of experience teaching various yoga techniques, which include Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Body Profiling, Meditation, Shatkarmas (Cleansing), and Pranayama (Breathing techniques).
