RootRisk is the risk intelligence platform for regenerative agriculture. We score practice adoption and persistence at field level, continuously, from satellite imagery, climate and soil data, calibrated with on-farm records. The scores feed risk & resilience reports and portfolio analytics for the companies funding the transition: agri-food supply chains, commodity traders, program operators, lenders, and insurers. Where a regenerative commitment sits on the balance sheet, we show whether the practice behind it is holding. The transition has a cost before it has a return. In the first seasons after a switch, yields can dip and variability rises while the soil rebuilds. Farms that come through that period are more resilient, and the ones that don't are more likely to revert. We model where each farm sits on that curve, how much transition drag it is carrying now, and how much resilience benefit it has built up. Alongside the practice layer we model the physical risks the land already faces: drought, flood, heat and yield loss, scored by field and by season. Regenerative practice builds soil organic matter, holds more water, and buffers yield against those shocks. Together the two layers show the risk a portfolio is carrying today and the future resilience it can achieve.
