Rooted Information

Rooted is a brick-and-mortar wellness studio in Inglewood that brings fitness, gardening, and learning together under one roof. We support multigenerational families—kids, adults, elders, and athletes—through small semi-private workouts, one-on-one fitness training, hands-on gardening classes, and learning classes teaching people how to care for their bodies and minds. Our mission is to help underserved communities reclaim wellness where they live by making movement, learning, and hands-on healthy practices accessible, affordable and local.
