Privacy Agreement: EarthCafe is not in the practice of making any personal information regarding it's customers public unless so decreed by a court of law through proper legal channels and procedures. It is the responsibility of the customer to maintain the security of their account - including any and all passwords. Any transactions from your account are to be undertaken as your responsibility unless an unauthorized intrusion can be identified and documented by EarthCafe. The customer agree to notify EarthCafe immediately if your account has been tampered with. In accordance to definitions established through the ECPA, EarthCafe should not be considered a secure communications facility and customers agree to use these services at their own risk. Complaint and Enforcement: In the event of a violation of any terms and/or conditions set forth in this agreement, EarthCafe reserves the right to immediately terminate the services provided, with the customer being fully responsible for any and all attorney's fees incurred by EarthCafe with regard to this agreement.
