Root3d is driven by its mission to provide access to wellness practices for people who have been marginalized in wellness spaces and institutions: people of color and those of lower socioeconomic status. We are located in the South End of Albany where we provide weekly classes and workshops focused on physical health (yoga, West African Drum and Dance, Therapeutic Theater), emotional health (mental health support groups, meditation circles, individual therapy), and spiritual/community connection. Out of our 18 classes, 11 of them are free/donation based.
