Roofco Ltd Information

Established in 2000 Roofco Ltd has serviced the Greater Auckland and Upper North Island areas on many projects which have varied in size from your Residential house roofs to larger scale Commercial projects. To get a roof for your home or commercial building that is both functional and that looks great. At Roofco we only use roofing products made by Roofing Industries, the market leader in long run metal roofing and wall cladding. They are also the only 100 percent New Zealand owned and operated long run metal roofing manufacturer. Getting natural light into your property or building has never been easier with our range of transluent and polycarbonate clearlite roof solutions. They are ideal for residential situations as they allow you to maximise your outdoor space to add comfort and luxury to your home. In commercial applications you can save money on energy costs by lighting your interiors using the sun’s rays. All clear roofing solutions are professionally installed by our expert team. We use products manufactured by Alsynite or Ampelite so you can get a solution that meets your needs. This includes a range of profiles and tints and options that diffuse light. We also offer solutions that block out the sun’s harmful UV rays. One of the main jobs of a roof is to keep water away from the crucial parts of a building’s structure. To do this the roof needs to handle and channel water, which is why things like spouting, guttering and downpipe systems are important. All too often they are treated as an afterthought though, but they are critically important. When they are installed incorrectly, or when they become damaged, major problems can occur. At Roofco we specialise in the installation of spouting, guttering and downpipe systems. We have high quality options to suit both residential and commercial buildings. This includes PVC and Colorsteel options. If you need anything from new spouting to a rainwater head system.
