Roofcast is a prediction market platform focused entirely on real estate, designed to aggregate the expectations of market participants into forward-looking market intelligence. By combining prediction markets, community insights, and AI-assisted experiences, we aim to make real estate markets more transparent and help professionals make better-informed decisions. Our long-term vision is to enable investors, professionals, analysts, and institutions to better understand—and eventually hedge—real estate market exposure through prediction markets. We are currently preparing for our U.S. beta pilot with a curated group of real estate professionals and investors, with an initial focus on Florida.
