RondAbout was founded in Barcelona in 2022 to support the growing network of startup companies based locally. Our team is comprised of specialists in financial management, operations strategy and people development. We offer our C-level advisory services to founding teams at the critical juncture when finance and internal organization issues take too much of their time, but they are not yet ready to bring someone on full time to help in these areas with the desired level of skills and expertise. We help our clients in this transition from startup to scaleup and beyond. We strive to become long-term partners, complementing the founding team, strengthening the financial management of the company, offering strategic advice and helping with the critical task of people development as they face successive growth challenges.
