Ronco, Inc. is a provider of turnkey solar electric systems. As such, all rebate processing, system design, permitting, installation, and inspection will be handled by our experienced in-house staff. All you need to do is provide us with a few important pieces of information and a few other documents when requested and we'll do the rest! We start all our projects by examining your electrical usage history which helps us determine the best system size for your needs. Following this, we come out to your property to assess the location's annual solar access using a camera and a computer program. This data will give us the needed information to determine your municipal or state rebate, as well as the size and cost of your new photovoltaic system. Once you have decided on a system size with your Ronco Solar Representative, our design engineers will draw up a diagram of how the solar panels will be placed on your property. Meanwhile, our rebate specialists will be filling out and filing your rebate application forms. All we need from you are a few signatures and a copy of your bill. We'll complete the rest of the paperwork for you. After our design team has finalized the layout, we will take the plans to your local department of building and safety to obtain the necessary electrical and building permits. As soon as the materials are delivered to the job site, we will be ready to install your system. Installation of the system takes only a few days. Once it is completely installed, we will schedule for your department of building and safety to come out and inspect the system to make sure it has been installed up to your city's code. We then submit the sign-off to your utility's Net Metering Department. Once we get the okay for the Net Metering Department, we can turn on your system and show you how to operate it.
