Provides advisory, capital raising and investment services to the renewable energy industry. Areas of expertise include solar PV, wind power, biomass, and small hydro sectors, as well as technology-oriented concerns. Within the project development community, the firm targets clients throughout the value chain including: investors, both tax and sponsor equity, construction and permanent debt financing sources, installers, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) firms, operations and maintenance (O&M) service providers, project developers at various stages along the development continuum. Targets investors and sources of financing throughout the financial community, including: private equity firms, strategic investors, independent power producers (IPPs), multilateral development banks (e.g., IADB, IIC, CAF, IFC, World Bank), international commercial banks, local in-country banks, U.S. government departments and agencies focused on international development, as well as the development of renewable energy, and programs to support the interests of U.S businesses abroad (e.g., OPIC, EXIM, Commerce, USAID). Capability to address all clean energy sectors and provide services to developers and asset owners in the commercial, industrial, municipal, small-scale utility and DG sectors. In addition to the U.S., the firm is very active in a number of international markets including Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America.
