Rolen Studio was founded in 2005 as a full service residential design firm. The principle, Edward Rolen graduated magna cum laude from Auburn University's School of Architecture in 1999 where he studied under Samuel Mockbee (MacArther Fellowship Genius Award Recipient and creator of the Rural Studio). After graduating, Mr. Rolen moved to Los Angeles where he designed for Steven Ehrlich Architects(California AIA firm of the year 2003). Currently, Rolen Studio calls the Florida Panhandle home where we design modern and traditional housing. With an eye towards historical precedent and respect for the true nature of materials, we move through this world with purpose.
