Roicéad will operate in the Energy Industry targeting the downstream area of Oil and Gas; in particular, the consumers of their Services. We target the consumers/drivers of vehicles that fuel at various networks (supply points) for oil, gas or later electricity when larger than today networks will be in operation. Major car manufactures and oil companies are investing to get prepared for the next generation of sharing cars/ automatic driving and are prepared to invest in solutions that will lead them to faster and more disruptive solutions that will give them a competitive advantage in the industry. Roicéad originated as a business opportunity from a brainstorming problem-solving process: finding a feasible solution to support energy majors to get connected with their consumers and to increase their operational efficiency. By getting them connected we enable their consumers to optimize their fleet energy consumption and for them as suppliers to bring a ‘disruption’ to the market in terms of what we traditionally use as methods of fueling our cars today. In order to make people feel more comfortable while accessing the refueling points, storing and sharing their confidential information, give them the power to analyse their purchases we aim to provide them with a number of smartphone or Bluetooth applications. Our main core application which will be used for registration of the users, collection of the transactions will be powered by the SAP® Bussiness Technology Platform.
