Rodriguez Consulting is a Philadelphia-based infrastructure firm helping build and maintain the systems that cities depend on. Founded in 2007, we provide civil engineering and infrastructure design, land surveying and geospatial services, and municipal services to public agencies and infrastructure partners across the Philadelphia region and beyond. We are also invested in building the people who will carry this work forward. Through Rodriguez University, our workforce development initiative, we create practical pathways into infrastructure careers for people who bring talent, drive, and fresh perspective to this industry. Our team reflects Philadelphia itself: diverse backgrounds, nontraditional paths, and a shared commitment to doing real work that makes a real difference.
