Rocky Point Engineering Ltd. is a building services mechanical engineering company. We are privately owned with offices situated in Vancouver, Langley, Victoria, Nanaimo, Kelowna, Kamloops and Nelson. Since our establishment in 1997, we have provided quality engineering services to our diversified clients within the education, healthcare, civic/government, commercial, data centres, residential, senior/social housing, hospitality and recreation markets. Our ownership group are 'working' Principals that are involved in all aspects of a project from initial concepts, schematic and final design continuing through to the end of construction. We are known for our creative solutions and hands-on approach with our clients. This is especially important for mechanical upgrade projects, where thorough investigation of existing building conditions are paramount to ensure well-planned designs and that projects consistently meet the owner's budget and scheduling criteria.
