RMMI is a nonprofit corporation dedicated to the promotion of mining through education, advocacy and safety training. We offer opportunities for professional development, mentorship and networking at our annual and regional meetings held each year. Annual scholarships are given to both engineering/geology students as well as technical school attendees. Friends of Coal West is also sponsored by RMCMI, and is a grassroots organization promoting and protecting the coal industry.
