Studio Hosford (formerly Rocketdog Creative Studio) is a Miami-based brand and marketing partner for food, real estate and consumer brands, providing fractional CMO and senior creative leadership. In 2025, we moved away from the traditional agency model to work inside brands, side by side with founders and executive teams. In food, we're a retail-savvy partner for brands ready to grow from a strong local or regional name into a nationally recognized one with the right partners behind it. The product rarely changes. What changes is how well it's understood, presented and sold. That's the work: building the brand and educating the people who buy and sell it. At JC Tropicals, the fruit was the same fruit in a category sold on price, with price pressure squeezing gross profit. We built an education-and-innovation strategy that gave retailers a reason to buy beyond cost, investing in produce managers through education, sampling and merchandising that built their confidence and sell-through. That thinking shaped the presentations that won Costco, H-E-B, Hy-Vee, Schnucks and JOH, about $30M in new business, as the company grew from ~$42M to $80M+. In real estate, a building is sold before it exists, so the brand does the selling. We treat brand as a sales tool, not decoration, creating the story, identity and sales environment that let buyers and investors believe in a place before it's built. Wynwood 25 leased up in ~90 days, Solemar reached ~90% contracted in under 100 days, and our communications for Mohawk at Wynwood supported a ~$20M capital raise. Also: 78% lower customer acquisition cost for Ideal Fish, and long-term partnerships with Roller Rabbit (10 years) and SDI Technologies / iHome (8 years). Led by Christian Hosford, a creative director by training and an entrepreneur by experience who has built brands, raised capital and exited companies of his own.
