Rocket Check was the first web based programmable real time “money routing switch.” It supported instant guaranteed Person-to-Person, Person-to-Business and Business-to-Business payments and remittances using email addresses, mobile phone numbers or other account proxies. Rocket Check made sending and receiving “cash” as quick and easy as using email. Rocket Check supported a number of revolutionary features that have not yet been equaled in the consumer or SME market such as the ability to create programmed rules for sending payments and digitally payable invoices, based on sender, amount, workflow approval rules, time, discount or any other factor. The combination of instant guaranteed payments with programmable (machine-to-machine) rules created a new category we called “Real Time Commerce.”
