Bernard is a fully licensed structural landscaper, and a member of the Newcastle Master Builders Association and holds a Diploma in Landscape. Bernard moved to Lake Macquarie in 1994 and for five years, along with his wife Ann, operated a popular garden centre at Charlestown while continuing to create hard landscapes.
