Rock Grading is your one-stop solution for expert grading services across the Triangle, Triad, and Sanford markets. We specialize in lot-by-lot grading, proudly partnering with the largest and highest-quality homebuilders in our regions. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking like-minded partners who align with our core values and share our mission of redefining service and quality expectations in the lot-by-lot grading space. We’re currently hiring experienced skid steer and excavator operators with backgrounds in lot-by-lot grading and clearing. We’re also looking for experienced Class A and Class B CDL drivers looking for full-time or part-time work. We’re also actively onboarding new subcontractor crews, especially in our outer markets.
