Rochester Native Nursery Information

You are invited to visit Rochester Native Nursery to discover our great range of native plants and the introduction of our new range of non native plant varieties from tubestock to semi advanced trees and shrubs. Rochester Native Nursery is one of the largest production nurseries in the Goulburn Valley and Riverine areas. We supply the home gardener who may only be chasing one or two plants or a council, landscaper, retail nursery or developer looking for bulk supply at wholesale prices. We are not your normal retail garden centre. We grow most of our own stock on site at Rochester, where you can see them growing from small seedlings to advanced trees. The plants are grown locally to suit local conditions, sun hardened and winter tough without a compromise on quality. Trials are completed on new varieties to test them to our harshest conditions. You have the advantage of being able buy direct from the grower who has already acclimatised the plants. Plants purchased elsewhere may have come from Melbourne or Sydney or straight from glass houses to the nursery where they often go backwards during our long hot summers or frosty winters.
