Not only does this help us meet their needs, but it also provides us with a constant stream of data to measure performance and maximize revenue. We have clear visibility and accountability for the business. We are actively seeking new real estate investment and management opportunities where we can replicate this success. Our current portfolio consists of Lexington Garden Apartments, a nine building, 109 unit apartment complex located Passaic, New Jersey. Built in 1947 at the beginning of an era of idealized suburbia and commuter culture, Lexington Garden Apartments is a spacious, well-maintained and conveniently located. It offers a vast courtyard, convenient access to commuter trains, short walks to downtown and is more or less equidistant (12 miles) from the Holland and Lincoln tunnels.
