Founded by Balakrishna Yerram circa 2005–06, RoboTouch is a brand of the family-run Bhagyalaxmi Industries Group, established by him in 1981, and built over four decades across business and manufacturing. Among the early brands to introduce massage and personal wellness products to India, RoboTouch has grown into a recognised and trusted name in the category. Best known for our massage chairs, our portfolio spans foot and leg massagers, portable massage solutions, and other wellness and lifestyle products. We serve customers across India through our D2C e-commerce presence, online marketplaces, and a growing network of Experience Centres/Stores. We believe relaxation, recovery, and rejuvenation should be conveniently accessible — at home, at work, while travelling, or wherever people live, work, and unwind. RoboTouch is on a transformation journey, reimagining how the brand is experienced across every touchpoint — from our digital presence, content, and product information to customer communication, the buying experience, and long-term relationships. We are working towards a strong retail and distribution presence across major cities in India, entering the USA market and expanding worldwide.
