Robotelf Technologies Co., Ltd. was founded in October, 2013 and the goal is to design and develop social service robots. The CEO, Linfon Chen, has established cross-strait teams located in Taipei and Chengdu to proceed development and integration. Now the total team members are around 50 and continuously expanding. Our team has the capability to develop software and hardware and complete the entire process from initial product design to mass production by itself. The first generation「Robelf」has entered MP in Q2, 2018. The second and third generations will begin to launch after Q2, Q3 in 2018. The new generations are aiming for children’s education and long-term care for the elders. The first generation uses self-developed R-OS system. Our goal is to turn the robot system from Cloud AI to Offline AI in the future; using the Blockchain Offline AI as Robelf’s iOT gateway to ensure user’s privacy. The R&D team in Robetelf Technologies is integrated with 2 teams (Taipei and Chengdu). Taipei team is in charge of of robot’s ID and mechanical designs. Having over 10-year experience in the field, Taipei team is able to design the motor gear set structure in the most cost-effective way. Also, the team is capable of building the robot OS structure. Our Chengdu team is focusing on developing software engineering and hardware low level programming. With over 15-year experience in combining mobile platform system software and hardware development, now they have made achievements on face recognition algorithm, cloud analyzing AI, ultrasonic environment scanning, SLAM and robotic visual system development.
