RoboHold is a unique invention that allows consumers/customers seeking service to more readily reach a specific live representative in any call center. Via this simple application, RoboHold calls the call center until the representative is on the line, and then connects the customer to the representative without the customer waiting on hold. In fact, the customer does not need to make a call at all; rather, the request to speak to a live representative is made through a simple and easy to use cellular interface. All the customer needs to do is to choose the required service provider, the relevant department (e.g., customer service, accounting, etc.), provide his phone number (upon initial registration only) and let the robot do the work for him, while being free to attend to his other activities. Robohold will then call the service provider and hold on the line for a representative to answer, and only then connect the customer to the call.
