Comprised of both professional engineers and licensed electricians, our electrical design team is capable of designing a system to meet any building’s power and lighting needs. Our LEED AP staff members now continue that tradition as green technology becomes more accessible and affordable. We have also formed a partnership with Rain City Solar, Inc. to facilitate our green design efforts here in the Puget Sound region. With nearly 200 hotels and restaurants worth of experience, our plumbing design team is capable of meeting any challenge. Since 2002 we have utilized Design Master HVAC software, electrical software, and plumbing software to participate in 3D coordination exercises with architects and contractors.
