Roberts Complete Auto Care been serving Barrie and area for over 9 years, but the Roberts family has been in the auto repair industry for much longer. Doug Roberts began his career as an auto body technician over 50 years ago. He started 'Roberts Collision' in 1979. In 2003, Doug decided to move his shop under the umbrella of the Fix Auto brand name and Roberts Collision became known as Fix Auto Barrie North. His son, Todd, joined the body repair business at the age of 18 as a painter and his daughter, Kim - after completing the Automotive Marketing program at Georgian College - joined in 2009. Truly a locally-owned family business, Doug expanded his services by opening the mechanical shop right across the parking lot, effectively creating a one stop vehicle care centre. Just last year, the team purchased a Novus Glass franchise that also runs out of the Fix Auto building. Our goal at Roberts Complete Auto Care is to deliver comprehensive and professional quality services at a fair price, keeping your vehicle safe on the road. We trust in our expert technicians, parts and services so much, that we expanded on the NAPA AutoCare Warranty and added our own 12 month/20,000km parts and labour warranty on to it, thus doubling the warranty period to 24 months/40,000kms - giving our loyal customers additional worry free coverage on their repairs.
