Robbins Electra was established through the merger of Robbins Property Associates, a Tampa-based full-service owner-operator founded by brothers Mitchell and Steve Robbins, and its debt and equity partner Electra America, the U.S. subsidiary of Electra Real Estate (ERE), a publicly traded enterprise on the Tel Aviv stock exchange and a global real estate firm focused on the commercial property sector. All Robbins Electra properties are managed under the Robbins Property Associates brand.
