The S.M.A.R.T. Lifestyle is the non-profit teaching program created by Robbin Broome. This acronym explains what smart is all about:S - Stands for Soundness. We help our clients gain the knowledge to make an informed and confident decision about life's choices. M - Stands for Maturity. When a decision is made to make change in our lives, developing maturity is very important. According to the Bible, "Whatsoever a man thinketh, so is he. Our thoughts will eventually make their ways into our hearts consummating an action. A - Stands for Action. We coach our clients to become proactive in their life's decisions. In our world today we can not wait around and allow changes to come into our lives. Good decisions have to be made with maturity and acted upon. R - Stands for Restoration. Our minds, bodies, and spirit gets tired. We Encourage you to take time for yourself and relax. My favorite scripture is Psalms 23. "The Lord is my shepherd I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside still waters. Then what does He say? If you allow him to lead you, "I will restore your soul." T- Stands for Transformation. The lack of Training is the one thing that creates failure in our lives. People have no plan to fail, but they fail to plan. Finding a mentor to help in your life's decisions is very important. We have the tools here at The S.M.A.R.T. Lifestyle we want to offer you what you need, to help you toward becoming "All That You Can Be." The S.M.A.R.T ™ concepts above will work in any area of life.
