Rob Arrietta Information

Rob brings a wealth of experience in business and real estate, through his accomplished career as a manager and owner of real estate offices over the past 34 years. Rob predominately works by Referral, but, new clients are always welcome! Rob designs customized action plans for each client that optimize and simplify the buying and selling experience. Licensed in 1982 and as a Broker in 2001, Rob entered the industry as a property manager for a prominent management company, Parker, Toll & Thompson. In the late 1980's, Rob owned and operated a Trustee company managing and processing foreclosures. In 1993, Rob served as President of his local Realtor® Association, Corona/Norco Board of Realtors®. In 1995, Rob affiliated with and assisted a firm with land acquisitions and development in Western Riverside County. From 2000 to 2005, Rob owned and operated a franchise Real estate company. He sold the firm and continues to assist developers, investors and previous clients. As a full service Realtor, Rob specialties include residential real estate as well as land acquisitions for development, long and short term mortgage loans and business opportunity brokering. In addition to serving his local Association of Realtors as a Director and member of several committees, he was the 2011 President of CRMLS, a Regional Multiple Listing Service and now sits on their Board of Directors. CRLMS, Inc. currently serves over 83,000 Southern California Realtors. Born in West Covina, Rob is a native Californian.
