Established in 1985. We are small batch craft roasters. We roast all of our coffee on location, daily. We carry over 25 single origin coffees. We specialize in European-style espresso, inspired by southern Italian traditions and tastes. Our coffee bar offers the freshest selection of hot and cold beverages, old world standards such as Cappuccinos and Cafe Au Lait and our latest innovations such as Coconut Mochas and various Ice Brewed Coffee concoctions. The Roasterie is Calgary's original specialty coffee shop, bringing the art of coffee roasting to the public. We have promoted exotic and exceptional coffees to connoisseurs and adventurers for the past 30 years. .
