Started in December 2019, Roasted Bliss was founded on the belief that a gourmet beverage and pastry is the cornerstone to quality time with friends, family, and community. If pastries are your forte, we have something sure to please. Ali was born in the Twin Cities and moved to Rochester when she was 8 years old. Ali is a mother of two girls, Madison and Emily, and married to Brent. When Ali is not working, you can find Ali traveling with her family, hunting, gardening, and fishing. Ali loves the outdoors and formerly wrote for an outdoor magazine. Ali has now carried her outdoor passion into rejuvenating land to make it more wildlife friendly A small town girl, following big time dreams! Stephanie is the mother of two active boys, Miles and Mason. She is married to Matt. In her spare time, you can find Stephanie with her family and friends camping, watching the kids sports activities and being outside. In addition, Stephanie enjoys staying active and challenging herself in various challenges such as marathons, SAC tests etc. Stephanie has had a passion for baking and cooking since a young child. She spent many hours in the kitchen with her grandma, learning various tips and tricks over the years. Stephanie is excited to share many of her favorite sweets and treats with all of you!
