This is not for everyone, but something we are passionate about. We work with our clients to align our capability model with current (and future) contingent workforce demand. We then develop a client-specific commercial construct and engagement model whereby we present our team’s relevant skills and experience to the defined problem statement. We tend to focus on: - Initiative = demonstrating the ability to problem solve, in a range of contexts - Comfort with ambiguity = increasingly a critical quality that is hard to assess. - Relationship/stakeholder skills = the ability to operate respectfully and authentically in a team environment when delivery pressure is applied. Again, an increasingly critical skills set organisations are looking for to give flexibility in their workforce. - Values aligned = Our promise is that everyone associated with the Roar Energy team share alignment to a set of values We encourage consultant ‘showcases’ rather than re-written CVs We work with our clients to develop a consistent language and sense of relativity to reduce the time to engage.
