Beyond Fitness is operated by Fiona Leard, a registered yoga teacher, Pilates & AntiGravity instructor and personal trainer based in Sydney. A former nurse, Fiona blends her sports science education with a love of yoga, Pilates and AntiGravity techniques to enhance performance for professional, elite and recreational soccer athletes and individuals who want to improve overall health and wellbeing. Fiona has worked with a number of sports organisations such as the Sydney Football Club, Wests Tigers NRL team and NSW Waratahs Rugby Union Football Club. She is the author of The Yoga Edge: Techniques to Maximize Your Soccer Game, and 40 Essential Soccer Stretches. We have been offering small group classes, teaching to the individual since 2012 in Holland Park, Brisbane.
