RoadStallion, Inc. operates a fleet of expensive, highly-differentiated vehicles (RoadStallions) that it rents to licensed livery companies and tour operators throughout the US, on a revenue-sharing basis. It bases the RoadStallions with select livery companies in each market, for them to use in chauffeuring their elite customers on an exclusive basis, and for them to rent to other livery operators outside their market at the premium rates associated with high-value, high-demand events. The vehicles are as unique as the customer offer is compelling. RoadStallion offers a vehicle unlike any other of its capacity available to the chauffeured limousine industry. It offers these vehicles to limo operators on a financial basis not currently available to them. RoadStallions are based on Mercedes-Benz Sprinter chassis equipped with Mauck2’s custom, wide bodies and interiors built by Custom Coach to chauffeur up to 10 people in a luxury setting comparable to that of a private jet. RoadStallions invariably “turn heads” wherever they are seen, and the “wow factor” generated by the exterior is complemented by the luxury finish and spacious utility of the interior.
