Posts on sports and fitness are something that I will take pride on, they will be based on studies and actual experiences – they will not be just mere write-ups. We shall cover various subjects depending on the mood or the state of mind of the author at the time of writing (but don't worry, I'll try to squeeze in some sense to all that will be posted, hehehe).
