Our platform brings greater efficiency, transparency and trust to driver hiring and workforce management — while creating better access to employment opportunities and services for drivers. We are building more than a driver recruitment platform. Our long-term vision is to create the digital infrastructure connecting India’s truck-driving workforce with the businesses that depend on it, enabling a more efficient, reliable and scalable trucking ecosystem. Road Pilot has already onboarded 10,000+ truck drivers and connected with 43 fleet owners operating 500+ trucks, while generating early revenue and establishing traction in the market. As Globally freight movement grows, we believe solving the driver availability and workforce management problem will become increasingly critical to the efficiency of the entire logistics ecosystem.
